Arbor Day 2012

Apr 23rd, 2012 | By | Category: Featured Articles, Reviews & Resources

Arbor Day was founded over 135 years ago. It’s a simple idea; set aside a day each year to plant trees. It’s easy to take trees for granted; they seem to always be around and to come from nowhere.

National Arbor Day is April 27, 2012. Some states observe Arbor Day on a different date based on when it is the best time to plant trees in that particular state. Learn more at www.arborday.org.
